Shipping Policy
Orders are processed Monday-Friday, excluding holidays. Orders placed after 4 PM EST begin processing the next business day. Once an order has been placed, we cannot cancel it in our system therefore, all sales are final.
We strive to have your order out within 1-3 business days, however sometimes things happen and it may get delayed. We will always try to maintain good communication if things may take longer than anticipated.
Shipping Domestic & International: We will not be responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.
Maesha Organics offers the following standard shipping options:

USA: $10 flat rate standard shipping to anywhere in the U.S. (Excluding army bases and PO boxes)

USA: FREE standard shipping on orders over $50 to anywhere in the U.S. (Excluding army bases and PO boxes)
IMPORTANT: Please note that Maesha Organics shall not be held responsible for items that are lost, stolen or damaged when delivered to the mailing address specified during the ordering process. Please be sure to submit accurate address information when ordering. We are not liable for inaccuracies on your behalf. Once information has been submitted, your shipping destination is final. If the incorrect information is submitted and we have to reship your package, you will be charged a reship fee of $8.
Once your order has been processed and handed over to the shipping carriers, it is important that you reach out to the shipping company directly for an issue related to delayed, missing, or stolen orders.
To help ensure the safe and secure delivery of your Maesha Beauty order, we recommend that you provide a secure mailing address or sign for your order upon delivery. This will help prevent any potential issues such as lost or stolen packages, ensuring that your beauty products arrive safely and in perfect condition.
